Familiarize yourself with the concept of “heartbreak”
Where people literally feel their heart split in two, despite their heart being physically fine. They experience extreme agony through the loss of love usually.
Similar concepts are found in “Phantom Limb” theory. Which if you’ve never played Bioshock 2, is a great way to begin understanding certain concepts. And you can delve into more personal research after.
