Whats the difference between Destiny and fate..

Destiny..its planned to happen no matter what life brings..
FATE- It wasnt supposed to happen tge way it did, but let it hurt, let it go.
I often feel that my destination is not my own choice..i know by fate I take a daily dose of realities.
