If incest is bad, then how come Cain married his sister, and it was okay with Allah?

In super olden days it was okay, right?

So, people and laws and cultures change with time. So, think twice before passing judgments or comments on Prophet Muhammad's (peace be upon him) marriage with Aisha (RA). It could've been like a Jacob and Renesmee thing, no?

just a thought :)
Does your argument compare, though??? I get what you are trying to say... but using a work of fiction to argue against another book that many consider to be factual might not be the best way about it???

Sort of like how I can't argue that toys come to life when people aren't in the room because it happens in Toy Story...
@nobodyishome that's exactly my reasoning. It can be useful as an inspiring story, but it's not a history book or user manual for life.

@NerdyPotato yea, that's why Allah put a strong sense of what is right and wrong inside a person. It's veryy strong, trust me.

And when you do good or bad (according to yourself), then you get punished or rewarded.

Umm, good always triumps buddy. It's been like that since Cain and Abel. Cain gave a sacrifice but had bad intentions, Abel had good intentions and Allah accepted it. Started from there. :) As old as Human Being's history on earth :)
@nobodyishome most people have a strong sense of good and evil indeed. And thank goodness we do, otherwise we wouldn't know which parts of religious books to follow and which ones to ignore.

In Leviticus, god is against it.

@nobodyishome I'm agnostic, but I understand what you mean.

.No, it's own thing. New Testament is about Jesus, Old Testament is about creating Earth and such.

oh so 'Old' Testament is about Old things. wow. You know, Allah revealed very little in the Qur'an. There is no place for wonder. I get the details from The Bible sometimes, and from folklore and fairytales sometimes.

Hey I looked this up. One of the main reasons Cain killed Abel was because he wanted to marry his own twin sister, and not Abel's twin sister. So, I see that God was against it. Sorry.
