I saw a UFO along with two others up in Moorhead back in '79. Same night that police car ran into something. I also experienced so strange things after Kristi died which suggests there is an afterlife. I am not ;however, interested in any of the existing religions.

@Tastyfrzz See, that's where I'm at with it. I've seen enough evidence to convince me there's an afterlife, but not enough evidence that there's a creator.

@LordShadowfire As I've mentioned many times on here my thoughts on God have changed a lot since Kristin's death. I guess I've become somewhat of a deist but instead of an anthropomorphized diety I'm imagini g it to be more of a matrrioshka brain. All matter is composed of energy. That's a given. I don't know how but if there is a field I'm imagining the energy as an ocean of N dimensions and we are just ripples in it and the "field" is interested in the life created but i don't think that it interferes with it. In fact, it may be one with it. Living all lives simultaneously or even serially if time is a dimension that it can manipulate. In which case the buddhists are right as are other religions with an afterlife but...I think in the view of the "field" heaven will be what we/ it decides or developes it to be.
