If you don't believe in God or a Creator because there is no evidence

Do you believe in aliens although we have no proof ?

I do believe there are aliens. The universe is so ginormous. Then who’s to say that beyond our universe is either more universes or something. As far as technology wise there are probably some not as advanced, just as advanced and more advanced as us. Personally I have no proof. Just a thought.
@specman I mean, there's mathematical proof. 40 billion earth-like planets, and none of them are inhabited? And that's just in this galaxy.

@LordShadowfire that’s because they live in their spaceships like in the sci fi movies

In a way it is totally irrelevant if there are space aliens. That is because of the size of the universe and distance equals time. For instance, the Milky Way galaxy is about 100,000 light years across. That means that we are separated from an intellgent life form on the other side of the galaxy by 100,000 years at the speed of light. Humans have only been slightly intelligent for about 100 years. What were our ancestors doing 100,000 years ago? So, to make meaningful contact with us they would have to know that we are here now and intelligent and they would have to travel at about 10,000 times the speed of light to get here within ten years of our time.

Just a few years ago smart people thought that the universe was simply the size of the stars in the night sky. We now know that it is much larger but we are still limited by what we can detect. As a mind game, how many atoms are in the observable universe that we can now see? Imagine that there are as many stars in the universe are there are atoms in the observable universe. That would be a start in thinking about how large the universe is.

@SandWitch that’s true! We still haven’t fully explored earth. Who knows what’s here! And out there!
