@MissPerfect A tangential piece of trivia: Pythagoras and others believed that the souls of the dead travelled to the moon. (I am guessing this came from looking at the moon on the horizon across the water, which is presumably how the dead would travel there.) Today, there IS a crater on the moon named Pythagoras, so HE made it there at least!
