Do you have nice neighbors?

I thought I lost my cat yesterday and my next door neighbor heard me looking for her and he came out and started looking for her with me along with another girl I see at times who was out already started helping me too. This was like at 8pm ish. Like it was just so interesting to me to have my neighbors especially my next door neighbor go out of their way to help me look for my cat. Is that normal? Lol it was just really kind.

I once lost my first male cat for hours when I was a kid. He was chilling on my neighbours lap watching TV. The dude who was a retired teacher said the boy came over in the afternoon sometimes for his siestas
