Apparently being “thicc” or “curvy” isn’t fashionable anymore

Everyone’s going for the stick thin anorexic look 😫 I guess I need to loose another 40 pounds 😭😭
Whodunnit · M
Say it ain't so!! I only just conquered the dad-bod market 😢
XKayRoseX · 26-30, F
But that’s my whole personality?😂😭
GJOFJ3 · 61-69, M
Sounds like you are getting bad information. Curves are sexy
theoldschoola · 46-50, M
No... too many morbidly obese fat women call themselves "Curvy" when they are just obese. Anna Nicole Smith in her prime was "curvy".
theoldschoola · 46-50, M
@LeopoldBloom I don't
@theoldschoola Then why do you care? You don't have to date them, but you do have to tolerate seeing them out in public.
th3r0n · 41-45, M
@Medoesnotcare no, you're dead sexy and rather slender with muscle
th3r0n · 41-45, M
Sweetie the only thing that ever made me think you were chubby at all was you saying you were

I've seen a bunch of your pictures since then and you're freakin gorgeous, there's no way you're not fit

If your weight is high it's because muscle weighs more than fat, you're lovely dear
No.

There have always been unhealthily-thin models & some actresses.

Besides BMI, if you can see the skeletal structure pretty clearly through the skin--like seeing the shoulder joint barely covered, the hip bone in stark relief, etc.--then *that* is what I'm categorizing as "unhealthily thin".

OTOH, fat shaming turned into fat promoting and even feeding obsession (there is a fat user here who goes on about being fat, getting her gf fat, feeder challenges). Those are unhealthy.

I'd keep an eye on your BMI. Being overweight can help give you cancer, among other health problems. Somewhere between 30% and 50% of cancers are PREVENTABLE; this is one avenue we can all use to keep our lives better and health care costs down.
There are more plus size women on TikTok than ever so I’m not sure where you’re getting this from.

Just be you, whatever shape you like is OK.
"anorexic look" sounds dismissing and unnecessary term.
Thick is always in style in Crushville.
Medoesnotcare · 22-25, F
@YourMomsSecretCrush what is crushville ?
@Medoesnotcare its a town just down the road from Sweepsboro.
Ducky · 31-35, F
BS! I’m a damn stick myself and I’d kill for some curves.
@Ducky same that’s why I’ve been trying to get into protein shakes and weights.
DeluxedEdition · 26-30, F
Honestly it’s really not even about that. everyone has their preferences.
dale74 · M
Size doesn’t matter it is conversation
DunningKruger · 61-69, M
There will always be fans of curves.
EagleV · 51-55, M
Hell no! A real man wants those curves and he wants The sexiness that only a thicc woman has. Think about this the most exciting rides at any amusement park aren't the ones that go in a straight line they are the ones that have the twists and curves 😉😜😜
Sweetpoison · 41-45, F
What? Who said this?
black4white · 56-60, M
Change for you and no one else..be comfortable in what ever you choose... btw the thicc and curvy has its appeal just as the slimmer look... strut your stuff with confidence..THAT is what men like..the confidence
justanotherone · 51-55, M
You focus on the wrong type of people.
Don’t change for others. If you want to change just change for a better yourself. If you are happy with yourself no one else matters
Willa · F
You're perfect just the way you are!
and if you really try to loose weight than only because it's what you want and not what society tells you.
I have to admit i feel way too skinny.
braveheart21 · 61-69, M
No bloody way..... I damn sure dont want some stick thin woman with tattoos saying back n front....
I want soft sexy curves... Boobs bum belly thighs... Mmmmmm
I don't think stick thin is mega attractive - but it's more important to feel comfortable in your body - that is truly attractive.
FreestyleArt · 31-35, M
No need. Over losing weight would screw up your body and your eating Habits.
calicuz · 56-60, M
Don't believe the hype. Men don't really want a woman that's too skinny.
Quimliqer · 70-79, M
Please, believe in your beauty and appeal, the “Twiggy” look isn’t that provoking!!
Applepiedom · 56-60, M
Please don't. Not all of us want stick women. I love meat,AND POTATO women
Ahhh the last 75 years trend is making a comeback?
Paisen · 26-30
Your body is beautiful the way it is
PTCdresser57 · 61-69, M
Rather have thicc or curvy myself
biandlargeny · 56-60, M
That's not true at all
Viper · M
You are fashionable lol 🤗
monellla731 · 46-50, M
no stay the same
PaleandPolluted · 36-40, F
No they aren't.
SW-User
That's not true at all
Justenjoyit · 61-69, M
I would rather someone be overweight than underweight anyday
strongbow · 46-50, M
Being fat was never fashionable, well maybe to liberals it is, but its unhealthy...dont worry losing weight is always a good thing that most of us should do for long term health
strongbow · 46-50, M
@LeopoldBloom lol...Nice strawman you just through out there sparky, very liberal of you🤡
@strongbow You're the one who posted cherry-picked photos of rallies. We weren't talking about attendance levels, we were talking about the relative obesity of attendees. Of course you want to avoid that.

The reality is that body weight has nothing to do with a person's political views, and every politician has supporters all over the BMI spectrum.
