Intentionally farting on or at someone in order to cause discomfort may be considered harassment or even assault in some jurisdictions.

I cannot even imagine the legal terms that would describe it.

I do not know, I am not comfortable f4rting even in front of animals.
Although, some of my belches have probably caused mild hearing loss.
