Body Dysmorphic Disorder

I was diagnosed in 2014.

It's so difficult to live without knowing what you really look like. Every photo looks warped and distorted through my eyes. Even my reflection in a mirror is not clear. Parts look out of proportion, bulgy, or drastically enlarged. I wish I could just see what the rest of the world sees.
