Body Dysmorphic Disorder

I was diagnosed in 2014.

It's so difficult to live without knowing what you really look like. Every photo looks warped and distorted through my eyes. Even my reflection in a mirror is not clear. Parts look out of proportion, bulgy, or drastically enlarged. I wish I could just see what the rest of the world sees.

I knew this. Even before you let the world know, I knew this. 🤗🤗
And I know ive posted before, but it's a must to post again, my words on this very subject.

Please read and take in my words.
Take them to heart dear friend.🤗🤗😇😇🥰

I think you should try living like Naked n Afraid shows. In the woods close to the nature perhaps. It might help you change your thoughts about yourself.

I'm aware of the condition, but what is the treatment for it?
DearAmbellina2113 · 41-45, F
@uncalled4 none that I know of. Therapy would probably help but I haven't had time to even begin to look for a good therapist here yet.
