Not feeling good

I am not feeling good at all today. I feel like I've been hit by a bus. Differently looking forward to a chill night. Dinner will be easy we're having tacos salad and s'mores

And we'll watch the Royals game outside with a fire

Tonight is the night to give Sissy her meds BEFORE bed. Don't forget. AND talk to every last person in your house and tell them that IF you fall asleep, PLEASE don't wake you up.

@4meAndyou she gets her meds at the same time every night. And yes I've already sent Joel a text about it. Hopefully she won't get up but he will not wake me up unless she has a panic attack. I need to get up for that

@Cigarguy Your poor family. I feel so badly for all of you...trying to manage things that are just becoming impossible. Therapist is on Thursday, right? He or she needs to give you some PRACTICAL things to try to manage all of your people who keep waking you up.
