Ungrateful Jacob deGrom signs with the Rangers

@BizSuitStacy Things will start to shake out in February. Now that the Rangers have an air-conditioned stadium , everyone will consider Texas. Before , with 113 degree field temps, no one wanted to play here.

@TexChik Bochy is as good at managing pitchers as anyone I've ever seen in baseball. Love the guy. I was a little surprised the Rangers gave a guy that's deGrom's age a 5 year deal, but he definitely fits the Bochy model who likes savvy veterans on his staff. Giants lefty, Carlos Rodon is still out there and is looking for a similar deal. Nothing in baseball is guaranteed, but I'd agree with the sports pundits that the Rangers are making the right moves.

@TexChik Yep. Bochy is old school baseball and he's not going to rely entirely on some scrawny pencil neck propeller head from India to run analytics in order to make baseball moves. That's the state of the game of baseball these days and it's probably the real reason why Bochy left the Giants org. They hired one of those analytics dipshit GMs, and Bochy left. Now the Giants are stuck with a woke as f*** manager who stays in the locker room for the Nat Anthem.
