Future of the workforce

I am concerned about something. What are all of these people, whose job is being taken by AI, going to do for a living?

Well, they MIGHT have to re-train, and learn to do something else. The ex was a glazier and worked on construction jobs until he got a weird disease and his hands and feet swelled up. I sent him to Mass Rehab, and they, in turn, paid for his re-education. He because a computer guy...updated servers and maintained desktops for a large financial company.

@4meAndyou The younger workers will have to get retrained but the ones in their mid 50's or so may not can get retrained.

@Nitedoc The ex was in his early fifties when he retrained. You don't stop being able to learn just because you are older.

@4meAndyou I was thinking more physically and mentally tired than unable to get retrained.

@Nitedoc Yes, I get that. Tired just goes with the territory.
