Add a lot of butter cream oil and sugar to the food you eat, eat a lot of junk food ,fry everything add mayo and other sauces .always have sweets and deserts eat something salt then sweet and alternate. That’s how my fella feeds me and I’m now huge

Whole milk or chocolate milk during the day/before bed. Nut butters/spreads on toast. Snacking between meals on nuts, or cookies etc. Add cheese to things. Pasta, pizza can be calorie dense. Good luck!

Pasta with butter before bed, bacon and use the fat in a protein shake
Eat whatever you want and don't workout
