I slept so badly that my back hurts and I woke up with 80s hair

I feels ya! Laid down around 10pm, got to sleep sometime near midnight, woke up at 4:30am and had to pee, then couldn’t get back to sleep. I so need a new sandman 🥱

My hair is more 90s bed head though 😂
