i have really high arches and have suffered from it. freeze water bottles and roll them under your foot for 10 mins each foot that is affected a few times a day. get a pair of Birkenstocks and stop walking barefoot at all for a long while. take ibuprofen, if you can and want to, but i never found it very helpful.

@SW-User I think it started cause I started doing HITT everyday but haven't bothered getting new shoes cause I'm always in sandals or barefoot so I do HITT barefoot toos and that's the story of how I got here
Bought new shoes that don't come in until 29thhh

@Juvia stop HITT until your shoes come. and truly, i feel that walking in Birks healed my feet and i never walk barefoot ever, except in the shower. they do make waterproof shoes but they don't come in the high arch model. in fact they stopped making the high arch model and now i have to take my current ones into be repaired after 12 years of wearing them. i cannot live without them

I have it too, I got local and steroid injected in my foot, and I feel so much better.

I had that once. Really annoying. I recommend what a few others have-freeze water in a water bottle and roll it under your feet.
Also make sure you have good shoes. Makes a difference.

Can y'all stop making feet posts for five minutes today? My dick has had enough

Freeze a water bottle and when it’s frozen roll it under your heel a few times a day. This will help work out the tension.
You can use a tennis ball but with a frozen water bottle the cold will make it feel better.

@Juvia Do the water bottle, Penti told you to as well.
The shoes will help but this is going to help calm it down faster.

@iamonfire696 They're both kinda sore today. I thought it was only one foot but turns out it's both. One with heel pain, other it's kind of above the heel into the arch.

@Juvia I have it in both my feet, it’s awful. I am sorry they are both bothering you today.
Have you seen a Physiotherapist? I think you may call them Physical Therapist’s there. They will be able to treat the plantar fasciitis and give your stretching and strengthening exercises to help recover.
When it’s flaring for me, I use the methods they gave me and I am able to settle it down. Also do you have anti-inflammatories to take? Have you seen a doctor? Over the counter meds like Advil will help as long as you can take this medication (not allergic or other drug interactions).
