Any nurses or doctors know the answer??

I saw this chastity device for a man and was thinking about how it works with going to the loo, it's a tube in the urethra so would that make a guy incontinent whilst wearing or would the tube need to be in their bladder for that to happen?

Its definetly needs to go past the prostate to lose control. This cage just inserts a pube in the penis part. And you can close the hole it seems
