@Winston335 you shouldn't have to force it it looks as if the urethral part would not go further than at the origin at the penises juncture with the body. I cant figure out where the tube would drain into. The tube curves around, encircling the penis and drains to the right. I think a man could still void around it although the display of various sizes of tube wudth suggests an intention to prevent that. Thus the wearer would be inable to void unless the tube is unlocked. It might be interesting to try. I dont have the fetish, but i am curious.
