Does a boy really think of a girl's breasts as sensual and sexual unless someone tells him?

In societies were nudity is an everyday, normal way of life, probably not !!

@Teslin Religion (esp Christian) has suppressed the normality of nudity and made it a 'sin'. But also not all babies are breast-fed so there is often no inate 'from birth' programming of nurturing to make human breasts something attractive/desirable. This doesn't happen automatically with puberty - it is learned behaviour;
