If Im in a bad mood I apologize

It happened to me once. I don't know what country you're in but we have an NHS helpline. They prescribed me my paroxatine to my nearest pharmacy that was open (it was bank holiday Monday also) but I had trouble with the pharmacist, because I had been off my meds for 2 weeks. She didn't want me going back onto a full dose cause I had been off for 2 weeks!! I stuck around like a massive pain in the butt and waited for her to call a doctor to get their advice. I got them in the end though after all that. Echoing what Hannah said, talk to your doctor and explain what happened. I know I go to Hell when off my meds and I don't want you to do the same!

If you have insurance you may be able to get an emergency resupply from them. Talk to the pharmacist. My wife was in a similar situation once, was how I found this out.

Been there and took it out on everybody here & had to go back & apologize & still haven't repaired all the damage yet :(
So I completely understand...

Let your doctor know. Hopefully the meds are still in your system and you'll be able to sustain.

Take a walk outside, in nature..? Is it cold there already ?
