@666Maggotz yeah, I’m like a reverse of the ideal male triangle shape. It’s a shame as I think it emphasises my short legs

@candycane fair – I think if I’m asking then I’ve answered my question. I’ve definitely lost a lot of muscle and gained quite a bit of fat since last asking for a body type evaluation
