can you be in love with 3 people at once?

I'm sure it's possible if your mind can work that way, but most people have trouble loving just one person in an adult sexual intimate erotic romantic way and few can share that with two lovers at once because the big problem is jealousy and very fragile mutual trust.

It's totally different to parental love for one's children which is intrinsic and automatic and as a neuro-divergent single dad even I understand that.

I just don't understand the adult sexual intimate erotic romantic type of love.
