Strong to weak jawline

Did I used to have a strong jawline three years ago (first photo) and is it a weak one now?

Is it possible to reverse this?

You can also style your facial hair to better accentuate your jawline if it bothers you. I think that you look fine though, and yup it sagged a little but don't let that bother you
