rest your tongue at the top of your mouth and press your teeth LIGHTLY together don’t grind them, and breathe through your nose whenever you’re not eating or talking. over time your tongue will make the muscles in ur face stronger. also sleeping on your back helps you get a more symmetrical face if that’s also a problem.
