@DearAmbellina2113 I've been doing lots and lots of muscle building on them but the pics dont even show it. I want to start lifting weights again too. My father told me not to get too "big" whatever that means😒
My bf likes it tho but I feel shy about my progress even if I'm proud of it because I barely had as much muscle if any last year.

glad you are getting some relief. it'll probably totally chill with your new trainers. can't beat frozen water bottles for inflamation. ice, ice, ice 'em all the time. and oh, how i love roller massages. i actually use a set of pizza dough rollers i bought just for roller massages anywhere i need one. it's better than a hand massage, imo.
