What they don't get:

What they don't get is the want and need to reliably identify. Taking someone's word for it that they're a woman is less reliable than considering their unaltered body. Therefore the body should be the defining factor, not claims originating in the mind. Are trans women real women? No. Is there scientific proof of them being women? None to date. Still, we should accept them as a deeply troubled segment of society.

How does the unaltered body reliably define who's a man or woman then? Because I've heard various definitions that leave many people out or even contradict each other. Those who insist on only having two sexes and genders should first agree on how to make that divide for everyone before we can even have a discussion about whether dividing everyone in two categories that way is useful.

@NerdyPotato Genders are polar positions forming a dynamic conducive to reproduction. Nature occasionally makes mistakes and any confusion seen between the two poles is not additional genders.
@AnnaBunny ok, but how do objectively decide which side these "mistakes" fall on then?

@NerdyPotato Physicians are in the best position to make the call.

@AnnaBunny does the removal of other comments mean you decided to settle on letting physicans decide rather than strangers?
