Every person is different, but every person wants to be attracted to the people they are interested in. Sometimes that’s more personality, sometimes that’s more looks. I can tell you that being a shy, timid guy is typically not the most popular, but I’m sure there are women out there that are attracted to that. Most women do like a clean, well kept, good smelling guy though, so taking care of yourself should be high on your priority list.

It’s not like an owners manual though, I have several friends that constantly have issues with women. The specific ones I’m thinking of are really great guys, also chubby, but they only want skinny/in-shape women. They go overboard with love bombing and desperate behavior, and quickly push any potential woman away. No two women are exactly alike, just like no two guys are. There are generalizations, but taking care of yourself and having an outgoing personality is a start.

How to attract women in 2026:
be more than 6' tall
have a mid-six-figures or greater annual income
have an eight-figure net-worth

I think it’s a little bit of both. But don’t let a little extra weight stop you from approaching a woman, I’ve seen plenty of fat guys with cute girlfriends.

It's a combination of both.
Looks are not just your body, but how you dress.

It’s mostly attitude. Being chubby does not help though .
