No you aren't weird. Everyone is different. I personally would want to know, i have no issues with him telling me or even asking because i want everything out on the table if i'm dealing with someone. That way there's no surprises and i know that we are on the same page.

You're not alone on this one. My ex bf told me multiple times about his sex life before me. I don't really care, and respect that as a private thing I don't need to know. I don't want to share. Intimacy is shared in private, let it stay private. Unless that's your kink

I can't imagine anyone being interested in my sexual history. Like you I think there's a time, place, and person to share that kind of information.

Many of my guy friends did this when they were in their early 20s, but it was something you talked about with your other guy friends. Not really something to tell your romantic partner.
