Definitely god because in my reading of the bile the devil is not explicitly said to have killed anybody.

lol yes i've seen that. There are specific instances of god killing x thousands of people, not to mention the whole flood debacle. I don't even know where those 10 Satan killings are meant to come from.

@Pikachu Those were Job's children killed with the jealous god's approval. But after that cruel test was over, everything was restored. Except those unfortunate ten. New children came afterwords.
