I Am An Atheist

I am a proud atheist and an ex Christian and ex Mormon.
Also my lack of belief in a god has nothing to do with the theory of evolution. Christians just cannot seem to accept this fact. When I first became an atheist I didn’t even know anything about the theory of evolution. I have learned about it since then because they keep forcing me to defend it. I am not the best qualified person to defend it but some of them just can’t seem to accept this fact.
Also I do not hate god. How can I hate something I don’t believe in.
The reason I’m an atheist is because I visited atheist websites and finally listened to them with an open mind. I also listened to apologists with an open mind. I learned to much about the Bible and the history of Mormonism.

I can see the earth and sky. I can feel the wind and I’m not saying I can feel the wind in an emotional way. I can feel the wind hitting my skin. . I cannot see an invisible man in the sky nor feel him.

@Budwick yes, I am not a Christian because I see no good reason to believe in it. I have good reasons to believe the earth exists because I can see it. I can touch the earth and feel it.
It makes no sense to me there is an all powerful god that wants me to believe in him but he doesn’t want me to see him. I just have to take Other people’s word for it. If I can see it then it really helps with the credibility.

@Budwick that’s not my problem. My problem is that the Bible condones killing children, raping women, slavery and genocide for not worshipping the right god. But my main problem is that I think it’s just a bunch or rumors and made up stories. I don’t buy it. Give me some evidence.
