@Bexsy I think I can see the Downward Facing Dog constellation. 🤩
@NudasPriest good eye, you would 😂

I've been looking for them since they announced this was happening. So far I've only been able to see a few lined up across the sky on any given night.
@calicuz I know Neptune and Uranus won't be visible with a telescope, and I think it's Venus not Jupiter I see
BizSuitStacy · M
We've had unusually clear skies in the Pacific Northwest the last couple of weeks. Pretty sure I could see Saturn, Jupiter, Mars and Venus.
Degbeme · 70-79, M
I saw those on my phone with my app
Northwest · M
The sky is clear and the air is crispy, but too much light pollution where I live.
slorollin · 41-45, M
Been waiting on this and tonight is the first overcast night we've had in over a week 🤦♂ gotta wait till Friday now lol
Secretsmile · 51-55, F
I’m going out to look.
Jeephikelove · 51-55, F
I love this app!

@Jeephikelove what app is that?
Jeephikelove · 51-55, F
@MarbleMarvel It’s called SkyView Lite
Getting ready to go outside and gaze up
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
It’s too cloudy here to see them. Supposed to rain tonight.
3Dogmatic · 46-50, M
@cherokeepatti here too…😑
Livingwell · 61-69, M
Going out tonight to try and take pictures with the telescope. Wish me luck!
@Livingwell good luck!!! If you can share any, i know myself and others would love to see!
Livingwell · 61-69, M
@MarbleMarvel I will try.
Tumbleweed · F
I stargaze aaaalllll the time!!!
Oh wow ... my screen really needs cleaning. Pretty sure there aren't 17 planets.
@NudasPriest I meant specs of dust. 😂
Heartlander · 80-89, M
How often does that happen?
Am I correct in assuming that all our planets are in the same plane? That always seemed strange and against random odds. Would we even know if there were planets in our solar system orbiting around a different axis?

@Heartlander Astronomy isn't my field of study by any means.

Sadly it’s too cloudy here to see anything…
Keeper · M
Jupiter is way bright right now.
It stands out.

@Keeper okay I'll go back out lol I'm east coast too
Keeper · M
@MarbleMarvel Jupiter is probably the 3rd brightest star. In my nonprofessional opinion
@Keeper I keep seeing a massive star next to the horizon. I don't think it's the north star. It's brighter and bigger... I'm perplexed
SinlessOnslaught · M
Heyyyyy those aren't in line!!! 😠
