@MonaReeves86 Humans will never know.
One Light Year is 9,460,730,472,580.8 kilometres.
9.46 Trillion km = One Light year.
We are talking about 27,000 light years to the centre of our Galaxy.
It took the Voyager space crafts 41 years just to exit the Solar System from Earth.
That is not including the Oort Cloud, which also orbits the sun.
To clear that, it will take a minimum of 14,000 years.
Mind boggling distances.
