God damn museum

I have the next scene in my book set in the metropolitan museum of art and it seems like I have no choice but to go there in person to check it out. The problem is its a 4 1/2 hour drive to it which means I would have to get up damn early and make a day of it. Another problem is I wouldn’t be able to do it until Thursday at the earliest. This is gonna be a massive pain Im sure.
