I took an hour writing my artistic project

to be sent to Greek biggest cultural organisations (3 I have in mind), asking them for funding. A transcultural/intercultural project between Greece and Nepal.
That race...I love to be in 😘🥰 It's tough and I might not make it.. but I am very excited, hopeful and decided. I am actually honoured to be in the position to be able and think of such things.
Meh I might just don't send it 🙈 there's a little anxiety, just a little bit, you know..?
But if that's not for me, it's going to pass me. Cool 😎 for now!!!

I'm not sending that yet. I just spent an hour writing down the very basic concept and structure. That'll need to be further elaborated again and again and again, till it'll look pro: solid, creative, grounded, explanatory and detailed.
I want to tell them that I know what I'm doing 🤭

Wow.. That's great idea. I think you can conceptualize it in a great way if you stay here for few more days.

All the Best !!

@ABCDEF7 yes it will need lots of time and not just days but perhaps a couple of months, if I want to be serious and have serious chances too..:)
I've sent many applications for i know now 😅
I also need to put work towards updating my site and perhaps even create a short video to help narrate my idea. You know these institutions more often than not just ignore their mails so it really has to be extraordinary. I know, well..

@being You can do it, if you decide.

The beginning is always hardest. It will surely need the hard work. Once you decide, things will start to get in line.

Are they celebrating Vijaydashmi (Dussehra) where you are staying?

@ABCDEF7 no they're Buddhists and therefore against the animals sacrifices that happen during this time ....
I'm happy and feel blessed about it 🥰 but then again I missed the chance to see the Hindu, grounding, bond to nature celebrations. I just got a chance to go to a celebration the day before yesterday for a while..

@being There is no animal sacrifice required in Dusshera festival, at least where I live. It can be a practice in some limited places. But, Buddhist don't celebrate most Indian festivals.

Vijaydashmi is celebrated as victory of good over evil. On this day the Lord Ram killed the devil Ravana. Vijay means victory, and dashmi means the tenth day of month in luni-solar calendar used in India, and this incident happened on tenth day of the month.

@being I was actually surprised to know about animal sacrifice on occasion of Dusshera. I have never seen or heard that in my life time.

I am just curious from where you heard that Hindus sacrifice animals on Dusshera?
