I took an hour writing my artistic project

to be sent to Greek biggest cultural organisations (3 I have in mind), asking them for funding. A transcultural/intercultural project between Greece and Nepal.
That race...I love to be in 😘🥰 It's tough and I might not make it.. but I am very excited, hopeful and decided. I am actually honoured to be in the position to be able and think of such things.
Meh I might just don't send it 🙈 there's a little anxiety, just a little bit, you know..?
But if that's not for me, it's going to pass me. Cool 😎 for now!!!

I'm not sending that yet. I just spent an hour writing down the very basic concept and structure. That'll need to be further elaborated again and again and again, till it'll look pro: solid, creative, grounded, explanatory and detailed.
I want to tell them that I know what I'm doing 🤭
Do your very best and then send it.

And do it next year, too!

@Mamapolo2016 thank you very much for your encouragement, this is very important for me it seems, it's kind of my passion, what lights me up .. 💗
@being That shows in your posts. Keep in mind that it's very rare to start in first place!

@Mamapolo2016 yes I will keep this. In mind. I've been successful to get some funding in the past but now I'm aiming at bigger organisations and not just the local municipality. It will be done on its time..:)

Wow.. That's great idea. I think you can conceptualize it in a great way if you stay here for few more days.

All the Best !!

@ABCDEF7 no they're Buddhists and therefore against the animals sacrifices that happen during this time ....
I'm happy and feel blessed about it 🥰 but then again I missed the chance to see the Hindu, grounding, bond to nature celebrations. I just got a chance to go to a celebration the day before yesterday for a while..

@being There is no animal sacrifice required in Dusshera festival, at least where I live. It can be a practice in some limited places. But, Buddhist don't celebrate most Indian festivals.

Vijaydashmi is celebrated as victory of good over evil. On this day the Lord Ram killed the devil Ravana. Vijay means victory, and dashmi means the tenth day of month in luni-solar calendar used in India, and this incident happened on tenth day of the month.

@being I was actually surprised to know about animal sacrifice on occasion of Dusshera. I have never seen or heard that in my life time.

I am just curious from where you heard that Hindus sacrifice animals on Dusshera?

Good idea to leave it be for a little while and revisit later with a fresh mind before sending it. But this sounds awesome!

@NerdyPotato no it won't be for a little while. This requires some serious working hours on it, months perhaps as i wrote on another comment!!! That's just a scrap to begin with......:)
@being a good start is half the work though 😌
