@DemureDeb it sure was. I saw Arctic cotton growing . Thanks to the onshore breeze from both oceans (Arctic and Beaufort ) there’s no mosquitos in barrow .

They sell Shark at a local Asian market here in KC. I used to buy it and cook it regularly when I lived closer to that market. It's really very good.
