Same here.
Wash cycle is 64 minutes. Takes at least 70 minutes.
Unlock wait time is 1 minute, takes 2 1/2 minutes.

Front loaders all do that. Top loaders are always on time and faster.

On a separate note, your washing machine has googly eyes and is sticking its tongue out 🤪
