Heaviest television

The Sony PVM-4300, a 43-inch cathode ray tube (CRT) TV, is considered the heaviest CRT TV ever made, weighing around 450 pounds and standing 27 inches tall. It was hand-built and only 20 were exported from Japan to the United States, where they were sold at a premium. The PVM-4300 was so large that it couldn't fit through a standard door frame

The last CRT TV I owned was a 40" made if I can recall, by Sony. The thing was a beast. I had to send it to special recycling facility when I was done with it.

I had a 32 inch Sony that weighed a ton it felt like. It was a great TV but I gave it away when I got a flat screen

Isn't it interesting how it went from small to larger and larger and now it's getting smaller?
