Only one other person knew how One Piece ends

Other than the creator Eiichiro Oda himself, who has stated since pretty much the very beginning he knows how One Piece is going to end. But one fan who was terminally ill and a big One Piece fan had one final wish: he wanted to know how it ends. Oda actually visited the fan himself to grant him his wish. Under private circumstances, he told him how One Piece is going to end. Props to that lucky fan! At least he got to go out knowing something the rest of us fans still likely have to wait many years on.
