Too many to choose. I like the length of One Piece. Character development. Absurd humor in it. Cool fights. Though I've watched many Isekai lately. I would like to see an Isekai with mainly a lone protagonist. Skill leveling up to gain godlike power. And having many adventures in dungeons etc. to gain every resistance and attack power. The process of strength development is what I like. Like leveling up a videogame character but immersed in an anime with crazy adventures.

Not really into anime but I do love a good story, the stranger the better, so I watched all of, Deadmans Wonderland, Kill la Kill, and some obscure deathnote show. But thats about it, I started watching attack on titan but it had too much crying in it for my liking🥲
So where does That leave Hazbin Hotel...😈

I don't see that much anime; used to watch Studio Ghibli when our kids were in grade school. I came to really appreciate Spirited Away, Mononoke, Totoro, and others.

I grew up with dragon ball so it deserves an honorable mention. All time fave goes to death note though
