Anyone ever had issues with ants in a bathroom?

My neighbor had 3 trees cut down last week. Ever since that afternoon I've had a terrible problem with ants in the bathroom that is right beside her house. I wonder if cutting down the trees somehow disturbed the ant beds.

I've sprayed in there so I now see dead ants every day, but I can't figure out how they're getting in and why. I don't see a trail near the window.

I can give you a cheap ant poison that they take back and kill the nest

Borax and cheap jelly mixed together and dropped on the nest or where you see them outside. You can get borax at any dollar store in laundry area....

@perceptivei well you could ask why everyday for the next 10 years but don't you really just want to get rid of them
