Today was so relaxing. So slow. A new light of understanding creates a new shadow to play. No right or wrong, just dancing.
The temperature is dropping and the humidity is low, the house is open. Living in the woods, the outside is always getting in and I like it. It's easy to invite in the sounds and breezes. I have not been able to stay inside though. It's too beautiful to miss.
We took Alien for a trail walk.
I planted nothing this year but I'm still going to enjoy some sage, eucalyptus and a bit of rosemary.
I couldn't stay indoors, the sun was going down, I waited for my bat friends 🖤
No bats but the sky was gorgeous.
Another peaceful, clean, nourishing evening.
My son has off tomorrow so we're going to the beach. Maybe some mini golf for some sillies.
The sounds of an early autumn night fill my room. One last energetic release before sleep.
@ineedadrink I've been around a few when I volunteered with wildlife rescue. It's been years and I don't know anything about a current fungus issue. I saved one myself and took them to the rehab when I found the little one with a pine needle punctured wing. Otherwise I wouldn't be out playing with them for safety concerns though.
