Wow that's a little close! Here's hoping the new neighbor keeps to himself! Looks like he triggered a camera/sensor light.

We'd had one the last 2 summers. It came for fruit trees, and a bee's nest; with obvious signs on front lawns.
Walking home at night from a relative's was a bit tense. I decided to add heavy bracing to a cabin door, but he soon moved on.

Make sure you stay safe, and have a plan & deterrents, & someone to call if needed.
He'll be hibernating soon anyway.
