Do you think deer communicate telepathically?

@Ghostinthemachine well, i saw a video about a person that helped a deer that later showed up at their house with his whole family. deer arent known for making a lot of noise so just thought maybe they communicate telepathically. plus they run around a lot. how do the babies not get lost you know. how did the baby communicate that this person helped them when it seems like that is what happenned.

There is a scene with several deer that seems to imply they are trying to communicate a message to humans
