I think I’m right but I could be wrong

Friend of mind just put a bid on a house. The previous owner has feral cats. They told her they have papers that they have to stay on the property. I told her contact the AHPA I’m pretty sure the previous owner has to find home for them.

@Doometernal 4 or 5 the person who’s sailing the house always fed them. I told her have no obligation to feed feral cats

You are right, legally. If they own the cats then they should take it. If not then it's not your problem or even hers actually
