This stray cat WONT LEAVE OUR YARD?! What do I do?

I’ve been seeing it in our back yard for days. We’ll I saw it a couple days ago but it went away. Then yesterday the same cat came back. Then today I saw it again! I told the cat to come home but it won’t move. Poor kitty but we can’t just bring it in. I have it water yesterday and today. I asked the neighbors but none of them own cats. One does but it isn’t hers. I show them a picture. How can I get that damn cat to go away?!

Poor thing. You may have a new pet, especially if it knows where to get food and water from. No way you can keep it?

@TheLordOfHell We don’t have kitten food but I’ve been giving it water but it didn’t drink it. I don’t want a new pet! My dad said no more pets.

@ElizabethBabe1994 If you take it to a shelter, make sure it's a no-kill shelter. I'm positive someone will take the poor baby in.
