@Degbeme I avoid it as a diabetic. Even though it’s natural, my glucose levels react like with white sugar.

@Degbeme Yes…one of the first classes I took after being diagnosed taught about what some common commercial ingredients really are, and even what fruits are safer (some are lower in sugar than others). It was an eye-opener.
