I'm in a Special Club, that can't have many members

How many people can say that they've been hurt by a squirrel?
I worked at a resort where the owner had leg-hold traps hanging on the side of his chicken coop.
There was a horrible racket and I arrived to see a red squirrel hanging down with it's back foot caught between steel jaws.
I panicked and tried to open the trap to let him free,
and in less than half a second he went from hanging down to his teeth firmly in my finger.
I backed off immediately and had to grab a stick and put it out of it's misery, and I felt sick and didn't give any concern to my bleeding finger.
The owner's wife insisted that she take me to town for a tetanus shot.

Years later though I wonder how many people can say that they were ever 'hurt by a squirrel!'
