That's why I will never let my cats roam, there's no legit reason for it. Too much stuff that will hurt or kill them.
My question is, what would even be an appropriate punishment for those kids?
It's hard for me not to wish that people who do this stuff to animals face a Mexican cartel type execution

@deadgerbil I'm more interested in finding out what went on in their mind to make them think this was cool, fun or wherever. That knowledge is pretty essential to decide what to do with them.

@NerdyPotato that too, their home lives are probably questionable at best, and that should directly implicate the parents or whoever into the consequences of this
