The feral cat is getting lazy. I'm not sure if she's finally getting to relax or if she's sick

Maybe she feels safe in our yard, she sleeps all day.
She is still eating all her meals that we give her.
I tried to give her water but she hates it. She has had no water in a whole week.
So I've bought wet food today.
She seems to be breathing fine, and is not agitated. But she's also not as chatty or excited to see us as she used to be when she was only coming around for meals.
I bought her a cat toy to play with, and she was indifferent to that as well.

She's not tame enough for me to pick her up and take her to the vet. She brings her claws out if I pick her off the ground. I don't know what to do.

Fresh water daily. Heck if you can have it drip that would even be better.

They do like dripping faucets.

It took 2 years before I could pick up Mamakitty!! She trusted me enough to bring me kittens, but DO NOT try to pick her up.😾
She may not cuddle up to you, but she might be tolerant enough to avoid freaking out on you if you try to put her in a carrier.
Cool water that has not been sitting in the sun. I've had a few cats that liked drinking directly from the hose, they do not like stagnant water.
If you are truly concerned about her hydration, try giving her a little lactose free milk as long as her breathing sounds okay.
If you want her to gain weight try mixing an egg yolk with an equal amount of sour cream.
FERMENTED DAIRY DOES NOT HAVE LACTOSE!!! Most cats can very happily consume fermented dairy without any issue, plain yogurt or sour cream is quite good for them, cottage cheese too. Just nothing sweetened!

@UnderLockDown ah I see. Thanks for all the tips! I tried showing her a box today to make her get used to closed spaces, so that I could lure her in a carrier in the near future, but she ignored it so hard. She has very rigid boundaries

So there are two ways, one is to put the food inside the box that later you will need to be fast to close once she gets in... This works best with a special box to transfer kitties and not with a cardboard, though you can use a cardboard or any other box.. It might take few days until she gets into the box.

Another way, you approach her from behind and throw a towel upon her and quickly you grab her shoulders and wrap her with the towel. Then you transfer her to a box..
